This lotion bar is a heavy-duty moisturizer for elbows and heals.

Instructions 

  1. Mix ingredient in Part A.
  2. Slowly blend in Part B.
  3. Mix until you can press the mixture together like wet sand.  If the mixture is too dry, add additional witch hazel distillate.
  4. Pack the mixture in small soap molds and let dry for 24 hours.
