This conditioner provides excellent detangling and wet combing properties.  It will give hair a silky feel, improve its style holding, and enhance its shine.  Panthenol conditions without buildup and prevents damage caused by overheating and over-drying of hair and scalp.

Instructions 

  1. Combine ingredients of Part A with mixing and heat to 80°C/176°F.
  2. When uniform, remove from heat and cool to 40°C/104°F with mixing.
  3. Add Part B with mixing and cool to room temperature.
