This eye serum leads to:

Instructions

1. Combine ingredients Distilled Water and Hydroxyethylcellulose with mixing until uniform.
2. Add remaining ingredients with mixing until uniform 

Modifications:

To make thicker………..use more Hydroxyethylcellulose ready-to-blend and use less water

To make thinner………..use less Hydroxyethylcellulose ready-to-blend and use more water
