FORMULARY:  FACIAL SKIN TONER
 

This toner is used to remove traces of cleanser residue and also to remove excess perspiration and oil. 

Application:  Toner should be applied to face and neck with a cotton ball or pad in upward strokes.  Follow with moisturizer for your skin type.

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients of Part A with mixing until clear.
  2. Mix in a separate container Part B.
  3. Add Part B to Part A with mixing
