FORMULARY:  SHAMPOO

This shampoo contains Panthenol or Provitamin B5 to increase the strength of hair.  It penetrates the inside of the hair to impart flexibility and shine.  It can thicken hair up to 10%.

Instructions:

Combine ingredients of Part A with mixing until uniform

Slowly add with mixing Part B until thick. 

Add fragrances such as:

Note:  Premix two parts Polysorbate 20 to one part Fragrance.   In other words, make up in a separate container 2 parts of Polysorbate 20 and 1 part of fragrance, mix together and then add with mixing to the shampoo until the product has the fragrance strength you are looking for. (Add fragrance solution slowly while mixing to desired strength.)

Note: Color should be mixed approximately 40:1 in oil or water as appropriate before addition to the product being colored.  You may add as much color as you want until the product reaches the color you want. (Add color solution slowly while mixing to desired strength.)
