Shipping Your purchase is prepared especially for you at the time of your order. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. We ship all domestic orders via UPS and we utilize USPS for global shipping. Please also note that the shipping rates for all items we sell are weight-based. All items will be held and shipped together when ready unless the weight/size of your order makes it necessary for it to be separated into multiple boxes. In this case, items that can be shipped out sooner will be sent ahead of other items that may take longer.
If you request two-day shipping be aware that not all of the items listed on our site are available immediately, so selecting two-day shipping does not necessarily mean your order will arrive in two days. Items that require special handling or that have a lead time to fill are plainly marked in the description of the item at our online catalog. Please be aware that there is no weekend pickup or delivery for two-day shipping. So, for example, if you place your order on a Friday night and select two-day shipping your order will be packed and shipped the next business day (Monday) and should arrive 48 hours later.
UPS and USPS Global Express orders are shipped via a trackable method. We email you a tracking number with a shipping notification when your package is sent, when you use these methods.
It is your responsibility to inspect and verify the accuracy and condition of your order upon receipt. All claims of shortages or damage must be made within 48 hours of delivery or you will be deemed to have unconditionally accepted the shipment as a whole. Shipments reported lost or damaged will be replaced after verifying same with the carrier. only those specific items which are damaged or lost will be replaced. Defective merchandise may be returned for credit or replacement at The Personal Formulator's discretion. Unopened merchandise that is returned will be accepted for credit and a 15% restocking fee will apply. A return authorization number must be obtained from customer service prior to any return. This number must be included with your return.
